Use Hz Frequencies To Heal Your Body & Mind

Did you know you can use specific vibrational frequencies to heal / treat headaches, sore muscles, tumors, cancer, anxiety attacks, and much much more?

Spot me a few minutes… if you grasp this, you will be happy you took the time. It’s simple, but if this can work on a mass scale, this can transform the world!

Back in February 2024…

I noticed a small growth on the front right side of my head. It peaked at about 1/4 of an inch in July 2024. Now, I don’t got to doctors unless it’s something really serious. Why? Because the majority of people that trust our healthcare system seem to always be sick with one damn thing or another. If I get sick, I eat oranges and zinc tablets for 2-3 days and I’m back in action!

Back to the growth on my head… sure I was a little concerned, but I was determined to figure out how to heal it without doctors, their drugs and the associated bills.

So I looked up healing skin issues… now that may not have been the correct diagnosis, but it led me to the 285Hz pure tone frequency. After a couple of hours of digging on Google, Mojeek and DogPile, I found a #285hz pure tone video on YouTube with several dozen positive comments.

What I Did…

For 20 minutes a day / 3 days, I sat in a quiet dark room and just listened with my headphones. No results the first night, but noticeably smaller on day 2 and by day 3… it was completely gone!!!

So of course now I’m thinking… what else can we as a society do with #frequencies?

Now obviously I can’t say this video will work for everyone, but there are many people that see incredible results from them… so why not try?

How to get better results when you vacuum your home or office

Can I be very blunt…

Most people vacuum their carpets in a very half-ass way, just speed vacuum the dirt that they see. But what about all the stuff you don’t see? Like those crumbs, fuzz, dust, etc. that is still there?

Makes sense, except that crumbs attract bugs and rodents, while fuzz and dust makes certain carpets look dirty and worn.

I have a fairly powerful backpack vacuum and also a high suction Shark upright vacuum… as much suction as both of these have, they still miss dirt if I push them too quickly or vacuum over the carpet with just one pass. The best way is to push the vacuum Slower and making 2-3 passes depending on type of carpet.

If you have alot of dust kick up when you vacuum…. get a spray bottle and mist a little water on the carpets, wait about 10 minutes for them to dry… then vacuum them. Much like how baseball teams spray water on the infield before a game to keep dirt from kicking up too much, this little “hack”, will keep the dust down when you vacuum AND you’ll pick up more dust / dirt when you vacuum!

You don’t want to saturate them, just a quick mist is all you need… or if you like certain scents, you can mix a few drops of your choice of essential oil in the spray bottle. The scent won’t last long, but it does smell nice for a few hours. 🙂
